I visited a friends office yesterday and saw this note. Its pretty good. It reads: “One has discipline when one is motivated. Motivation comes from vision” How very true. It is so much easier to do something when we have a clear understanding of why we do it. When we have a vision for something, when we see the bigger picture  - we are motivated.
